He received his Doctor of Medicine degree at Far Eastern University in Manila, Philippines in 1989. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Santo Thomas in Manila, Philippines in 1985 and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Philippines in 1982.

 

He acquired his medical license from the Medical Board of California in August 1997.  He started his residency July 1996 and completed his General Psychiatry residency in 1999 and continued his Fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and completed in 2001 at LAC+USC Medical Center.

After completing his residency at LAC+USC in July 2001, he started his medical practice doing inpatient hospital care for almost 22 years serving a diversity of psychiatric cases which involves children, teens and adults to assist and stabilize his patients in the treatment.

 

He started his private practice at EB Psych Solution, Inc. in 2017,  to continue to treat patients with acute and chronic mental conditions.
